So there isn’t much to update on my project, everything is going well so far. I am still working with Our Daily Bread (as well as my students), and this partnership seems to have strengthened since one of the students actually volunteers there and knows a bit about the organization. I am really excited for their work — they are creating brochures/recipe cards with plant-based meals to help encourage shoppers to take more of the produce instead of the processed food. All is looking good so far!
